Are you dealing with chronic pain in your back, neck, or hips? At our Orange County pain center, we offer alternative methods to pain relief.

If you have been suffering from pain for a while, you may have already tried pain relief methods that haven’t worked, like oral pain medication. In fact, at South County Spine Care Center, we see a lot of patients who have even had back surgery in the past in order to relieve their pain. But like many other methods, back surgery can leave your pain unchanged or even cause you to experience new pain.

South County Spine Care Center focuses on minimally invasive pain management techniques, such as light therapy, spinal decompression, and other methods for sciatica and back pain treatment. To find out how we can help you manage your pain, call our office to schedule a consultation.

Conditions

At our Orange County pain center, we deal with all sorts of pain conditions relating to the spine. Sometimes spinal pain occurs as a result of an injury or curvature of the spine. Other times, the cause of spinal pain can be difficult to pinpoint. At South County Spine Care Center, we can help you with spinal pain that originates from many different conditions, including herniated discs, disc degeneration, complex regional pain syndrome, cancer pain, and more. In some cases, one of our physicians will need to do diagnostic procedures to determine the source of your pain.

Treatments

Our Orange County pain center places a focus on minimally invasive or non-invasive treatments. The treatments that we provide include:

  • Chiropractic adjustments – These treatments involve manipulating the spine over the skin. This method of treatment is not painful, but it does provide immediate relief. Continued adjustments provide lasting results over time. Realigning your spine and getting everything in place is helpful way to encourage healing.
  • Spinal decompression therapy – We use a specialized table for this method of treatment that many patients liken to a massage table. You lie on it for a per-determined amount of time, and the movements of the table create a vacuum that supplies oxygen to your spine, allowing it to heal. This treatment is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Heat and light therapy – This method of treatment provides soothing relief and a targeted approach to healing back pain.

Regardless of the type of back pain you are experiencing, you can talk with one of our spine care professionals to find out which method of relief will work best for you.
